I’ve come to learn the endings of goosebumps books are never brilliant and this is no exception. However, probably one of my favourite goosebumps that I’ve read this year.

It wasn’t totally bad but I just didn’t like the characters all that much and the plot seemed rushed. The idea of the story might have been good but it felt more like an outline than a proper book.

Well, I got an email today that we're done reading for the year with my volunteer position, so I guess we've given up on this book. It was a pretty good book - not quite as predictable as most other middle grades fiction books are. I was enjoying it.
3 stars. This was a wild ride. It’s dark and kind of creepy which is always fun. I could’ve easily given this a higher rating but I feel like the ending was disappointing. I wanted more from it and it was so anticlimactic but other than that this was a really good and fun installment to the series.
