This two are the craziest couple
Wow, what a trip! These two are certainly crazier than the other couples in this series. Since I haven't read the books in order, I already knew about Gianpaolo and a general idea of why he started the war against the Triads. And since I have already read Gianpaolo's book, I already know him. Quian's destiny (or however it is written), and that gives me peace of mind.
Benito's mother, oh God help me! That woman is crazy, we really can't uninstall the "be alive" app, she is not using it correctly.
Seeing this vulnerable side of Benito was great and that it was supported by his brothers was unexpected but charming

I don't know why couldn't connect with this one. I liked Ash and Gin's story, but the fight scenes and pacing felt very off to me in Harlow and Benito's story.
I feel like this book was trying to balance a sweet madness in Harlow that wasn't enough Gin's brand of crazy. Which is such a shame, because I like Harlow's character. And Benito didn't really stand out at all, kinda a stock character
