i read this so i could be ready for the movie and i enjoyed it way more than i expected! it was such a fun read and a good break from what i’m used to

The whole epilogue revealing that the whole thing was made up by McCandless is really aggravating and such a cop out for such a fun book, but I think it ultimately does add to the whole thing about men not being able to tolerate when a woman is smarter or more successful than him.
