As another here also said; I didn't expect so much of this book to involve a naked man running around beating people up and getting beaten up. I hate to admit it, but it did make me ponder--which might not be the right word--about his privates a lot; so much is fist-fighting in the nude and nobody mentions it at any point; rightly so... just couldn't help myself thinking of the poor man being hit in the face.

I adore the part of this book and many others that simply involves someone telling there life story; where it went wrong and how it all changed.

I had never realized just how short of a story this is. It's told in a style that isn't linear, so you don't hear the "beginning" of the story until later on. I found the psychological impacts of being invisible interesting, but the voice was a tad boring at times. The Invisible Man's interactions with others is by far the best part of the story, and is just the right amount of ridiculousness.

Absolutely worth reading to this day, and the losing-your-mind plot of the titular man is heartwrenching in retrospect.
