Les deux dernières histoires elles étaient trop cools mais les premières j'ai pas accroché je suis un peu déçu du coup 😭

I don't know what is about Patrick Ness "normal" writing style that speaks to me so strongly, bit reading the first short story felt like breathing easier after a while of laboured breath that you didn't even notice (the STYLE, not the content - which was delightfully disturbing). The rest of the stories felt more experimental, less Patricknessy, but still mostly enjoyable. An interesting read, with some gems in it.

An interesting collection of short stories. A couple of them failed to engage with me but most were quirky and clever, and stopped just quickly enough for me to wonder about what happened next and wish it was a full length story, before delving into the next one.

Some of these stories are really creepy (Implied Violence and The Gifted), some downright funny. I love The Way All Trends Do with its sly footnotes, and all the different voices in Jesus' Elbows and Other Christian Urban Myths. In fact, I think I may have met some of those people!

Such a bit and miss collection of short stories, all very odd in their own special way. Maybe a 3.5? I dunno, it was weird.

Interesting mixed bag of stories, from funny to strange to downright disturbing.
