Definitely different. The art is wonderful, so abstract and avant garde. Very surreal approach to the Caped Crusader.

Forma dokonale prolnutá s obsahem. Horečnatý sen, krátký a fascinující. Pohltilo.

Not my cup of tea. I do not prefer this style of art. Definitely dark take on Joker, reminder why he's often the big bad. But still. Not for me.

Not a traditional Batman story, but a truly dark, beautiful, gothic, horror tale. Honestly the art style is everything to me. Really enjoyed it and the weirdness within. I can see why some would dislike it, but for me it's an A*.

As both a general B-Man fan, and a Rocksteady's Arkham fan... it's a shock I haven't picked this one up sooner. I loved taking a stroll through the Arkham inmate menagerie, and the water color pencil art style was stunningly unique. What can I say? I loved it.

The beginning is great and Morrison teases readers with some really dark, twisted suggestions of what characters like Batman and the Joker may have buried inside. There's a great moment with Bruce admitting fear to Gordon, and making the distinction that it's the man behind the mask who's afraid, not the Bat, that I find fascinating. Unfortunately, the book gets too wrapped up in being disturbing and confusing, and fails to reach the psychological depth it aims for. It's written by Grant Morrison, so I should have expected this, but I like to be optimistic. I've always appreciated what he tries to do, even if he rarely achieves it.

Gran arte de esta novela grafica. Y la historia es de aplausos.
