the stories were all really cohesive together. some of them were individually weaker, and others were really powerful on their own , but most of them were good. this was an emotional read, that every “thought daughter” should read.

I am usually able to find some good in any book but not this one. I found it tedious and repetitive, full of self-centered characters. I skipped around to see if I could find one short story I'd enjoy but gave up.

There aren’t enough descriptive words to express the emotional output of Mary Jones’ wonderful short story collection, “The Goodbye Process.” A themed collection about saying good bye, telling tragic tales to absurd anecdotes and everywhere in between. With stories and vignettes that are thought-provoking and heartfelt, this is an enjoyable book.
