There a certain poetry to Gibran that speaks to my soul. I’m not religious by any means, but there is a lot that I can relate to in what he discusses, and more importantly, how he discusses it. There’s a grace, and empathy, a sense of love that permeates The Prophet and it’s always a pleasure to read it.

An interesting take on concepts arising in Abrahamic religions. Compassionate, without any claims of exclusive truth, I think we would all be better off if all Abrahamic religions were a bit more like the teachings laid out here.
