The number of times I had to stop and put the book down after saying, "What the Fuck, Hilo!" is more than you might think. 

So much is happening, and I never know what Fonda Lee will do next. This was very much an edge-of-your-seat kind of read.

I was so emotionally devastated by this book that I haven’t gotten myself to finish the trilogy. You should probably read it.
