Ok... I love the premise but the dialogue is so contrived. Getting worse compared to the first issue. I'm hoping they can turn the story around... it seems like the symbolism is way too on-the-nose and the author seems to presume too much ignorance in the audience... perhaps more acceptable for young teens. I plan to share these first two issues with my high school students to get their take on it. I'm so thrilled to see a trans woman represented in comics. I hope this is only the beginning.
