I couldn't even finish this book. I read like 70% of it, but I have many problems with it.
First of all, the book is just TOO BORING. I had so much hype but there's nothing interesting happening??? I was near the end but the characters still hadn't had any romantic interaction, and this is NOT slow burn, it's just boring. And the situations are very random? They don't seem connected at all, I'm just seeing random things happening without a transition, and random changes in the relationship without any development.
The characters??? Completely flat, I couldn't care less about them, really. The main character had some interests at the beginning but they are completely forgotten after a few chapters??? which made me very angry tbh, she was going to Scotland because of the school and her interest in geology but we never see her actually thinking about those things??? Doesn't make any sense.
I've seen a lot of people recommend this book on social media, but to me it was bad, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I didn't realize exactly how much I want to read every single romance trope that I thought was "tired" reimagined as F/F. Then I read this book and nearly cried with delight. More, forever, please.
Had an abrupt ending. As soon as the relationship actually started it was skipped over, they were broken up and then in a blink back together and the book was over. Wish there was more time with them in an actual relationship.

honestly i liked this book a lot more than the first one but also wish there was an epilogue or something to see where millieflora is like 5 years down the road instead of seeing them just get together at the end of the book
i don't care what people say i enjoyed this silly little story about silly gay royalty and their silly gay romance
