Argh!! I wanted this to be longer - why isn’t this book longer?? It feels like stuff is only just beginning for the last 3rd of the book and then it ends - I am crushed.

This was a super easy read and flows really well, I wasn’t really a fan of the romance in the beginning but it definitely grew on me. I also felt like the storyline with who was taking the photographs would have a twist, but it didn’t - which is okay, I guess?

I would have preferred a little bit more even pacing as it does feel like the romance catapults along in the last 50 pages or so, but hey, this is a cute read.

And also it’s set in Scotland, which feels so magical and fun. Good f/f romance, plot wise it’s similar to Red, White and Royal Blue although less intense and sexy.

There is some mention of characters from the previous novel in this but you definitely don’t need to read that to *get* this.

This was cute, but really slow to build up. I did have a couple issues with a few scenes

Millie telling off Flora and suggesting that she can’t be upset with things in her life that are hard because other people have it harder, for one, and Flora weirdly paying her tuition when it was already covered by the scholarship just to introduce drama (why not have had her and her Dad struggling to make it work? to make that scene make sense) <\spoiler>
