I loved the entire series, book 1 is a great setting and books 2 and 3 feel like a single story that had to be cut in half, but you don't feel any dragging along the way, all 3 books fly by thanks to the humor, the vivid characters and the improbability that it can possibly end well for the heroes in the story.

Definitely the weakest of the 3 books. And books two and three definitely have some annoying "this religion stuff can be silly but boy are atheists dumb annoying wrong-heads" parts that I could do without.

Not nearly as many funny parts as most of the author's other books, but that doesn't bother me because you can tell he was busy wrapping up a complex story. It still is confusing to have so many story lines going at once, and it does not lend itself well to interrupted reading. But overall I enjoyed it and I give it 4 stars instead of the 3 that I have the first two books of the trilogy because it just seems better put together. If you start the trilogy, you'll have to finish it, and I would say it was an enjoyable read.

While it maybe wasn't quite as good as the first two, it was still highly entertaining, funny, and exactly what I've come to expect from the Mercury series.

Very satsifying conclusion thought this book was generally better, connected with the characters and plot more, more interesting.

Kroese wraps up his Apocalypse Trilogy nicely. More fun and hijinks from Mercury and crew as Lucifer teams up with the US government in an attempt to overthrow Heaven.

I feel as if this was the weakest of the Mercury books. A fun read still.
