Incredibly readable. Fell in love with Rachel Walsh instantly. Loved the family and friends, and the author delicately dealt with such raw and difficult issues. Opened my mind to the mindset of addiction too, and the continuous emotional work and healing required for a long time following a nominal recovery.

Found the characters very morning and long winded. I was only about 30% and I thought nothing had happened but slot had been written.

This is my first time reading the walsh series. Honestly, im almost half way through then i know that this book is part of the walsh series. For someone that just only jump into this book, first half are boring. Dreadful. And then, it got better. I love to hear the stories about her addict patients. And though this is a fiction book, it shed some light to me how addicts function. From where im living now, there is a very minimal help/facilities for addicts.
