4.5- it might have taken me 5 days but I have mixed feelings with this book, at first I was bored it was kinda a slow burn and repetitive but then I loved it. I actually cried twice. There was great character development in this book and I loved it

Mia was semi-annoying. I appreciated her determination (and honest fear) toward following her own passions without letting herself or her future partner resent each other for being dedicated to their career. However, girly needed to listen and communicate a lot more. Sebastian clearly wanted to talk things out and was very confident in his choices but she kept acting like she knew more about what he wanted than he did 🙄

Sebastian was so obsessed with Mia and it was actually cute and not so cringey (unlike the MMCs in books 1 and 2).

Overall, another cute, simple read.

The worst of the three, didn’t love the way the story was laid out.

Apparently, I read the previous book in this series a couple years ago, but no real recollection. I do feel like your throne into the story and get somewhat caught up with the characters history not through flashbacks just through references that they themselves make. It’s okay pacing, but you just really hit the ground running.

They’re both struggling with their future paths for a different reasons.

Listened on audio and thought the narrators were fine.

dnf half way through. as this series progresses each book just becomes more smut and less story. losing interest.
