I totally surprised myself with this one! I actually like her now! I totally have mad respect for her hustle! And btw John Mayer is a total ASSHOLE!

2.5/5 My only real knowledge of Jessica is from the occasional “Newlyweds” episode I saw back in the day. I’ve never really listened to her music but was just looking for an easy juicy read. I found this to be a bit too preachy for my tastes and she spends about 95% of the book crying. Albeit, it’s not the worst celebrity book I’ve ever read- she had a very talented ghostwriter.

The good sis was spilling all her own tea. I remembered some of the rumors but it was interesting hearing her perspective. I think she was largely open and incredibly vulnerable and nothing really was off limits. It was nice to hear about her growth and how she struggled in her different relationships.
