i read the selection series a few years ago, i enjoyed it (haven't read the heir nor the crown though), it was nice to meet the characters again

Some of the stories in this book I loved, others I didn't..
My favourites were definitely The Queen and The Favourite, because I love sloppy romances!

No jo. Nemůžu jinak. Selekci mám ráda a tyhle povídky tu sérii tak skvěle doplnily, že by byl hřích hodnotit to hůř.

Rereading 2023: Naprosto dokonalé doplnění světa Selekce. Vůbec by mi nevadilo, kdyby se podobně podrobné návraty a vhledy konaly i u jiných sérií. :D Za mě nejlepší Miláček a Princ.

Actual rating: 4.5 stars

This has got to be one of the best collections of short stories in the history of YA fiction. Each story beautifully tells a different one and gives more life to the characters we’ve grown to love or even hate as the Selection series unfolded.

All in all, this collection is amazingly exquisite! Hands down to Kiera Cass, the master storyteller of happily ever afters. Happily Ever After is full of happy endings told through heartfelt words.
