I enjoyed this so much, I will probably read it again at some point. The audiobook narrator is ok, but if this were done by one of my favorites it would possibly become a comfort read. It's a bit like Emily Oliphant but I found it a lot less sad.

Definitely an interesting and enjoyable read! Not mind-blowing in any way, but I found the FMC surprisingly relatable, and I think Austin writes human thought and experience really well. I think the book could have gone a little further with a few of the relationships in the story, particularly since I felt like the ending of the book came more abruptly than I was prepared for.
