I really appreciated being able to read from the perspective and voice of Enid. Given my own mental state and status of my personal life right now, I have been struggling to read from the perspective of someone with recurrent obsessions, emotional disconnect, and a deep seated belief that they're a bad person.

I feel like a parasite. Emily Austin’s books make me believe like my head and hurt are just too big and aren’t meant for this world. Anyway I put that, sounds very sad but this one was funny and dark!
