3,5 stars but im marking it as 5 to keep the homophobes from ruining the rating.

I liked it but I didn’t love it. It felt odd at times but then cute. I sometimes didn’t feel a connection between Oliver and Gavin but then there were moments where they definitely had chemistry. The moments to me where they definitely had chemistry were when they seemed genuinely concerned about each other, or when they were teasing each other.

For the first 100 or so pages Oliver kept reminding me of a hero from a book I’d read and then it hit me, he reminded me of his brother Ren. I didn’t love that because from the past books we know that Oliver isn’t Ren, he’s a goofy, intelligent, and more controlled prankster man-cub than his Irish twin Viggo, so his personality felt off.

I liked Linnea but I think she should’ve been aged up for how much and how she was talking.
Also LMAO I loved seeing Aiden and Freya and when Linnea talked about them I was laughing so much!!

To me this book was missing a specific type of internal monologue to make me believe that these men were falling for each other. I felt that the romance happened too fast, specifically that the lust evolved too rapidly into love.

I loved the talk Ziggy had with Oliver and it totally didn’t make me cry and I didn’t at all have to stop myself from relating to what she was saying make myself stop remembering all the things that have happened to me that were very similar🙃. Honestly from that conversation and the title of book 6 I have a feeling her book is next. Another clue that makes me think book 6 is about Ziggy is that the title of book 7 —>“Only and Forever” sounds so much like something a character in a [historical] romance novel would say and maybe a line Viggo would use to try and woo his future spouse.
