This was a new genre for me and I enjoyed the danger and character dynamics. The bonding and the mated pair was cool. For Violet being smart, there were moments that she was just so dumb which made for some frustration. It did read a little young in some parts but super mature in others. It was a fun read overall. I would read it again even though they killed off my favorite character.

10 stars!!!!! Sooooo good I think I’m dying!!!! Easily the best book I’ve ever read!! I couldn’t put it down, you’ll fly through it when you read this!! 100% recommend!
Re visited and give this a 5 stars, there’s a difference in writing style across the three books but this one had me hooked instantly
Pese a que me gustó, más que gustarme (resoné emocionalmente y me lo leí de inicio a fin casi que sin parar), la mayoría del tiempo me encontraba pensando que este libro era una copia directa de otros libros; una mezcla de muchas fórmulas que han funcionado antes. Además de que la descripción de algunas cosas -como las estructuras- es pésima, cuesta muchísimo hacerse una imagen mental de todo. Igual me gustó.

actual rating is 4.5 stars i loveedddd it but there was a few things i just felt iffy about.

love love love the dynamic between violet and xaden - i am the biggest sucker for enemies to lovers.
sharing a name sake with such a bad ass character is also something i never thought would happen for me and i am so here for it. like in another way i am a freaking badass rider.
