Wow. This was my commute book right after moving from a city to a rural area, and i listened to it mostly surrounded by trees and fog and dark. It was filled with forest gore and peril and ached with hope and beauty. It was disgusting and absurd, and I LOVED it. Actual five stars.

The writing is beautiful, lyrical. But I had a hard time giving it my full attention
