I think it had a lot of really good advice, if you are already somewhat interested and Knowledgeable about the world of investing. I think I would have really gotten a lot from this book if I knew more about investing and finances beforehand. If you want a beginners guide to investing with lots of actionable tips this might not be for you…..But If you want to understand how your beliefs influence how you manage your money and how to make the best financial decisions for YOU this is probably the book your looking for.

This book felt more like a history lesson in investing than an actual dive into psychology. While there are some interesting anecdotes, it wasn’t what I expected based on the title.
