I liked this. The audiobook was good, as was the narrator, but to get the most out of it, I think you need to read it in print. I can see the appeal to both martial arts aficionados and corporate types alike. Definitely one for reflecting on and taking notes.

I wish I liked this book more, but I would have to start studying martial arts. I believe there could be some general truths included in author’s voice, but the translation is just poor and uses the most basic of words. The amount of “You must research this.”-like sentences is tiring after first 10 pages. Also, what am I supposed to research it from, if the author quietly claims his Way is the most effective?

The book as a historic piece - amazing, we have traces of how the art of sword and strategy was perceived by one of the best masters back in the days. On the other hand, the book as a contemporary content source - well, it performs a bit worse imo.
