I genuinely enjoyed this. Possibly more than Out of Character. I especially loved that there was not third act break up between Milo and Jasper. Truly hoping that Annabeth Albert comes out with another contemporary romance.

This felt quite a bit removed from the previous book in the series, which threw off my balance; Albert's usually great at ensemble friend-group romance series, so I felt a little let down there. It also felt a smidgen to long to me. But readjusting my perspective, I appreciated the nuance and the romance, as well as the friendship beneath the romance. The characters' plot and personal growth was lovely and made for a great story.
