Whoopi fails to understand what idealized figures are for in any type of literature, deriding the entire super hero genre for not fitting into her narrow experience of the world. The main character is quite obviously her, and her heroism consists of being a fat, bitchy, moronic, old woman who blames her partner for not cleaning up the sheets that she's just soiled, and is the sort of retard who plays videogames (and a grandkid odiously named Fury). Her daughter was married to an (evil) cop who had a heart attack on the job before age 35 (so Oprah book), and has a vain and shallow profession in the most destructive industry (fashion) that earns her millions for doing nothing (much like Whoopi herself). She also buys into the myth that females will be better CEOs, failing to realize that it's entirely a profession for sociopaths. She blames her body for betraying her, when in fact environment is everything, and she got that way from a lifetime of privilege, poor eating habits, and utter lack of exercise.
Of course, most know by now that Whoopi has dyslexia and dropped out of High School because she could barely read and was flunking all of her classes. It's mystifying that someone so untalented became famous, but not surprising that she turned into a corrupt whore for our fascist government.
Whoopi also used the term 'mansplain' in the book, but that's not at all the reason she's a retarded nazi psychopath worth 80 million bucks. It's the sort of corruption that shows up in her character trying to fight against gentrification and for a local community garden, when we all know this dumb bitch hasn't been in a real neighborhood or dug in the dirt in her entire life of pretending to be some sort of mystical hippie goddess. She's really as evil as Maggie Thatcher or Golda Meier.
