Carolyn Davidson's story had some parts that had me scratching my head. For instance, the heroine leaves the baby in the manger in front of the church, waits until the pastor picks him up, and then later helps the pastor out with the baby. Why not just go to the church and ask for help in the first place instead of risking the baby catching a cold from exposure to the cold air? Also, the baby was just a little too perfect. Three weeks old and he's already eating on a regular timetable and consistently sleeping through the night?

I enjoyed Victoria Bylin's story about the fallen heroine finding redemption. However, her constant litany of "I'm not worthy" did get a little grating after a while. It's not like she'd become a prostitute or killed someone! The author presented the baby more realistically in this story.

Cheryl St. John's story was also enjoyable. The author also presented the babies realistically in this story, and how overwhelming it can be to care for newborns (especially two of them at once!) The only complaint I had about this one was that it was too short.
