Lovely Anishinaabe book. It could really use some work, but Nish words and jokes raise the star rating for me.

Love the Minnesota and Anishinabe references, and how the characters love the landscape as much as each other. It’s a light wholesome story, even with the swearing and a dildo.

A sweet little romance set on a Northern Minnesota reservation. There was a lot of innuendo but I believe this would be considered a slow burn with little spice. However, it's not Rated G with bawdy humor and discussions of sex. The characters were very human and true to life, I also loved how the MCs are both in their 30s.
