Really liked this book. It's nothing life-changing or world-altering, but I loved the concept, the world and especially the characters! Am really excited for the sequel and the diffrent POVs that we will be able to read now and so interrssted for in which direction this story will go from here!!!

I understand the hype behind this book. This was a good introduction into the Shepherd King duology. I really enjoyed the world building and unique magic system. I’m interested in learning why and how all of this came to be.
