Wow! Just when I thought I couldn't love her writing any more than I already do, Jess brings this beauty into the world! Charlotte is such a fantastic character! She's definitely my new favorite! It's years after Halira brought down the blight upon the Shadowthorn and humans are still barely scraping by. Between ghouls and the noctis, there are hardly any humans left. So when Charlotte comes across a couple of noctis' that are tracking down humans for The Hunt (a game noctis' like to play), she makes sure they end up dead. Doing so lands her in the hands of the intriguing noctis prince, Malachi Devonshire, and while she wants to hate him, she can't seem to stop seeing just a little bit of herself in him. Will she make it out of The Hunt alive or will she finally perish at the fangs of a nasty noctis?

The Primordials of Shadowthorn saga continues!

They thought they cured the blighted behemoths who'd been trapped in the Shadowthorn...but they were wrong. Though the druids were restored to their human bodies, the carnal hunger they experienced while being demons remained. They craved blood and nothing would stop them from feeding.

Eighteen years later, vampires rule Arcathain and the Shadow Crusade is all but a legend faded through history. In Blood & Magic Eternal, we meet the crossbow-wielding eighteen-year-old Charlotte Thorne, who lost her parents to a vampire raid a decade back and has been surviving on the outskirts of the city ever since.

Until she finds herself among those captured by the Vampire Prince to be used as prey in the annual Hunt: a game of fear and feast. Her demise is all but written in stone.

But Charlotte knows of bloodlust too, and she will stop at nothing to have her vengeance on the royal vampires.

I seriously cannot WAIT to share this book with you all!
