2 1/2 rounded down. For some reason, I forgot that I didn't like The Maid and requested book 2 from Netgalley for an honest opinion. Honestly? I didn't hate it. I didn't like it. Characters are caricatures, all people who fly off the handle and yell at Molly. Molly is not a character I care about one way or the other, no matter what her "peculiarities" may be.
