This is the way you finish a series! Sonali Dev has put her own twist on the Jane Austen novels through this series. I love Jane Austen and any kind of retelling, and I love a modern Indian family story. This series and this installment did not disappoint.
Naina is unsure if she’s worthy of love, and Vansh makes sure she knows that she is. The age gap is done well, and Vansh brings more fun and joy to Naina. She grounds him and shows the world he’s worth more than just his family name.
I didn’t like the way the sisters treated Naina, but they came around in the end.
I’m definitely ready for a re-read of this series!

Everyone who didn't rate this book high seem to have a problem with Naina, and I'm here thinking like the poor girl has too much trauma to survive and be the person that she is and undoubtedly the problems in the book lie in the family, both rajes and kohlis. The parents are the ones to blame and though Vance's father set everything right by the end, I think the harm is already done by that point. I don't know how naina survived with these hypocritical people. Vansh was great though.
