I love Lala

One of the better Bravo memoirs I’ve read! Really enjoyed her raw unfiltered take, mixed with her deep emotional intelligence.

As a vanderpump viewer I had to download this when i saw it was available for a recent drive. I love memoirs but this could have used some heavier editing…. Timeline was confusing, felt repetitive at times. But all in all you get what you get and … i got some lala insight. First book of the year down.

I watch the show and adore Lala, but this book blew my expectations out of the water. I would caution that it isn't a particularly excellent piece of literature, but for what she tries to accomplish, and compared to a number of the other Bravo-lebrity (and the like) books this is really wonderful.

It seems like her goal is to show people she’s a real person with real, raw emotions, and she succeeded 100%. I have a new respect for her and I think this is a must read for any Pump fans. If you don't watch the show or know who she is, I would guarantee you'll think this book isn't very good.

Lala you're a truly sensitive, empathic, kind-hearted gem. Thanks for your honesty about your journey.
