I will say only read this if you are a mega-fan of Vanderpump Rules and Lala. I'm a fan, but through most of the book, I found myself checked out of the stories Lala features in this book.

The writing style is casual. A lot of the stories sounded repetitive and similar. It is hard to review because this book is Lala's personal life in book form, and I don't want to dismiss the important stories she is trying to tell.

I would recommend listening to the audiobook over reading the book. It's a short quick read, and I finished it within a day.

Thanks Net Gallery and Simon & Schuster Audio for the advanced copy.

I’m not usually one to cry reading “celeb” books, but as an avid watcher of VPR I felt this was so heartfelt. Lala is human like the rest of us despite her high profile life. The parts in the book about her fathers death brought me to tears as did her proposal. This was a very quick read and 100% worth it.

The cast members of Vanderpump Rules have no business writing books but of course I'll be reading all of them . This was fine enough, I do feel like I got to know Lala decently well. But it wasn't anything I'd recommend to anyone.

I love Lala. My only critique would be that her editor needed to have her add more timeline details in or reorder things she had written. A lot of times I was confused about the timeline or found information contradicting. But I still adore Lala.
