Momma Brigerton deserves her own book. Just saying.

The story dragged a bit when the main characters needlessly kept secrets from each other, but it was otherwise enjoyable. I enjoyed the Cinderella inspiration, and I liked the was that the author subverted some of the story’s tropes.

Violet Brigerton took on a more important role in this third book of the series, and I must say she is a rather interesting character. I hope she remains important in future novels as well.

i only started reading this because i was intrigued by what benedict's storyline could be and i was not disappointed.. i literally read this in two days, it was so addicting i couldn't stop. i was gagged and excited and giddy the whole time, benophie the couple that you are! they match each other's freak so well, i can't wait to see their adaptation.

There wasn’t anything about this book that I didn’t love. I loved all of the characters, the plot.. just everything. Seeing glimpses of Simon & Daphne along with Anthony & Kate made me extremely happy. As much as I loved The Viscount Who Loved Me, I loved this one that much more. I’ve always been a fan of the live action Cinderella, and while reading this, I kept picturing Sophie as Lily James. Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I give it 5/5 stars, a spot on the Hall of Fame shelf, and I definitely recommend it.
