My brain is fizzlin right now. So much to digest, so here’s what I’ll say.
Mistborn era two is such a satisfying evolution of the mistborn world. It expands on and surpasses the first three books in so many ways.
Incredibly excited to see how the world of Scadriel continues to evolve and it’s expanding role in the cosmere. Cannot recommend this series enough. The writing is mid as hell occasionally, but if you like pulpy fantasy, this is a must read.

For Era 2, Shadows of Self reigns supreme, but this novel is a phenomenal conclusion for Wax and Wayne (and friends). The additional characters, and even old ones all are a pleasure to experience. Tensions are high in the Cosmere, I can’t wait for SA5 and the next trilogy of Mistborn.
