This book has a lot of spicy scenes, but not a lot of chemistry between the two main characters. I wouldn’t classify this as enemies to lovers.  It’s more like colleagues-who-slightly-annoy each other to lovers. I also wouldn’t call this a slow burn; in fact, I thought the relationship moved a little too quickly. It was very unclear what the conflict was — i.e. why they couldn’t be together. It felt like just a regular story of two people getting together. Additionally, some of the writing was a little clunky and inconsistent.
The ending also felt unfulfilling.
I enjoyed the first half of the book and then only really skimmed the last 50 pages.
