pros:
- gay shit!!!!
- Lo + Judith, the best characters
- fun premise
- sweet, complex love interest
- nice discussion re: addiction and sobriety

cons:
- nothing felt as fleshed out as it should’ve been, from plot to relationships…all felt very surface level for me, hard to explain why
- lots of telling rather than showing
- third act conflict felt very rushed and unnecessary and could’ve come up as an issue for the characters in a much better way
- Lo was my favorite character but she isn’t even one of the main couple
- Reese was way too fuckn awkward, like every situation that could’ve been made embarrassing was, and I don’t find that funny or endearing
- the sex scenes were boring!!!!! I’m sorry!!!!!!
- kind of insta-lovey

you should still read it if:
- the premise is exciting to you
- you don’t mind awkward heroines
- you aren’t picky about your sex scenes
