Ok this series is a new favorite. The author is a master at creating relatable, relevant female characters and throws some incredible twists your way. The ending was INSANE and I let out a big “WOOOO!” when the audiobook said “the coven will return in…” Can’t wait for the next.
I’ve gotta admit, I thought this book was slower to get going than the first. I didn’t race through it in the same way until the second half when boom! I was hooked back in!
The development of current characters played out really well, but that last chapter? My jaw literally dropped.
Can’t wait for Queen B, and the next HMRC instalment.
