Loved this book and I would highly recommend the audiobook - it has a full cast of narrators and the Hawaiian language and Pidgin translates so well to the audio format.

4.5 stars because I wasn't quite sure what to make of the ending.

Whew this was incredible. Just shy of 5 stars for me. I loved the family dynamics, and learning about Hawai’i and the mythology. I might need to start a shark book collection now.
