“I’m really proud of you.” I kiss the top of her head, holding her tighter. “So proud,” she repeats. Those words mean more to me than she’ll ever understand. Truth is, I wouldn’t have gotten this far without her. She was the first person who helped me find some kind of peace with my past, and it’s with her support I’ve found my way to the courage to confront it. She makes me a better man. And, hopefully, a good father.

I love bonus content/epilogues and it was really enjoyable to catch up with the main characters of the series 3 years later.

I enjoyed all of the mini sections and plots of this book, but feel like it was over too quickly. It was all very rushed and lacked real development which left me with loads of questions of what next at the end.

I also feel it should be more obviously labelled that the Briar U series should be read before this book, as it otherwise reveals some potential spoilers.
