I received this as a e-Galley from NetGalley.

After watching season 2 of Dickinson I was interested in learning more about Lola Montez- and there ya go Cristina Morató wrote a biography about her.

Lola Montez's life is like 243525x more interesting than you could ever imagine.

Divine Lola

This is great biography about a woman I had never heard of. I'm so very glad I picked up this book. Seriously this book was so good that it proved the saying truth is stranger than fiction and that woman have always had a great deal of power. If you like learning about the past and interesting but unknown people, you should definitely read this book.

DNF. I tried, I really did. Got about halfway through even and just couldn’t. So boring. So many superfluous details.
