There a bunch of triggers. This is a very dark and very heavy read. If you enjoy dark and emotional romance, this is for you.
Hands down one of my favorite K Webster reads, and that is saying a lot since I love just about everything she does. You can tell there was so much hard work put into this one. Love :)

this book is a tough one for me because the plot twist was great and the premise was really interesting but…
i found it a very compelling read for the first half because i couldn’t quite work out what was happening in the book however, when the plot twist happened and the book made more sense i lost interest. i was no longer invested because i felt no connection or investment towards any of the characters or their relationships. also for a book that was trying to be very dark, edgy and gripping the ending felt wayyyyy too idealistic and underwhelming.

Wow what a book! Definitely wasnt expecting those twists in this one! I was shocked but loved it!! I dont wanna say too much about it but just go into this unexpected and be ready for some crazy twists and turns!! Great book/great story!

Whispers and the Roars is a book that draws you in, makes your wheels turn to the point of a burn scent, and still gives a beautiful HEA. It was an elixir for the senses. A favorite of 2016.
Whispers and Roars is refreshing, absolutely unique and unlike anything we’ve seen from K. Webster before. This book is going to suck you and play with your mind. It will have you asking questions and wondering exactly what is going on. And the deeper you get into the story, the more questions you have. And just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, the rug will pulled out from under you and your mind will be totally blown. I know mine was.
