I liked the story but.. Barrons is ugly :,((( why didn’t they make him less like a Rubens figure and more of a Chanel model (seriously, what’s with the dark smudges and wrinkles on his face that guy is immortal)
-3 stars for way too much tits and ass and nudity or near nudity. i enjoyed the story and the artwork, but the enormous tits constantly in my face was annoying.
-having previously tried to read this in the kindle ebook version and failed, i can say the print version is far better.
"i must not fear. fear is the mind-killer. fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. i will face my fear. i will permit it to pass over me and through me. and when it has gone past i will turn the inner eye to see its path. where the fear has gone there will be nothing. only i will remain. -bene gesserit."

this was a kindle version of the graphic novel, and it was awful trying to read this on kindle. i did not finish.
it didn't give close ups on each panel/frame within the page like the other kindle graphic novel i read which had each panel as being its own page. this one only gave you the full page, shrunk far too small to see anything on the kindle screen. i could enlarge a small part of the page at a time, and move it around. but it took forever, having to constantly reload and refocus each time i moved to a different part of the page. plus the artwork was far too dark on my kindle to be able to make much with on the kindle grayscale. this was just an entirely different -and very negative experience- from the other graphic novel i tried on kindle, which was far easier to read text, navigate thru pages and panels, and see the artwork. after 5 pages of this nonsense, i had to give up. if i'd paid for this i'd have been pissed.
my library doesnt have a physical copy, only the kindle version. but inter-library loan has a print copy so i've requested that and will try again when that finally gets thru the library system to me.

This graphic novel is out of the park awesome.
I love the work they did to make the series come to life. I did not really realize what a few of the characters looked like, so it was nice to see them represented. I want a copy of this for myself, definitely.

Everything is different from the way I imagined the fever world but this was really nice as bonus content. It's my first time EVER reading a graphic novel and it's not bad.
This was an awesome addition to the Fever series and reminded me of just how much I LOVED these books and the characters! Ahh Barrons and Mac. I was especially pleased with the bonus extras at the back - the author's notes on writing the series plus her descriptions of the characters and the early sketches of them coming to life for the graphic novel.
