So good and swoon worthy
I just love Ares and Raven so much, reminds me of my Spanish telenovelas in the best way! I devoured this book and couldn’t put it down

Temporary Bride was the first book I read by Catharina Maura, and it sparked my deep love for the arranged marriage trope. The premise—marrying your sister’s fiancé—initially felt a bit extreme, but as the story unfolded, it became clear that Raven was always meant for Ares. While the book wasn’t perfect, it did deliver the perfect villain. I don’t think I’ve ever despised a character as much as I hated Hannah and her mother. Sometimes, I just want a book that lets me fully embrace my inner hater, and this one gave me that satisfaction.
I also loved how Raven found a sense of family with the Windsors, considering how terrible her own family was. That said, I wasn’t a fan of how Ares so easily trusted Hannah over Raven when she returned. I get why he struggled, but in the end, Raven was his wife—he should have stood by her. Despite my frustrations, I couldn’t put this book down. I’m hooked on this family and definitely want to see where their story goes next.
This book kept me interested; the only reason I didn't finish it as quickly as I would have liked was because it was exam season, but overall, this book was excellent.
God, I had no idea how much I despised a character until I met Hannah. She can't let Raven experience happiness for even a single second, can she? And even her mother, oh god, that woman was such a bitch I just wanted to beat the shit out of them. she kept torturing her with her foul mouth.
I'm in awe of Raven's fortitude in sticking with them all the way to the end because I don't know what I would have done if my own sister had treated me in that manner and refused to even offer me a simple apology. I'm also grateful to Ares for standing by his wife no matter what.

The Wrong Bride The Windsors #1) is a billionaire, age gap romance.
Ares and Raven’s story was an enjoyable, yet frustrating read. I loved their chemistry in the beginning; I could sense the building tension throughout their story. I wanted to lash out at some characters a time or two, because of their actions and words. The meddling family members had me laughing and furious at times. I am definitely curious to know what happens with the next couple.
Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers did a great job portraying Ares and Raven. The narration was engaging believable and brought the characters to life.

Sisters fiancé? I am going to read it.
This book took me on a rollercoaster I laughed, I cried, I almost threw the book. Their were moments I loved and other where I was heartbroken. I loved this book. After I finished I wanted to go back to page one and reread it.
I loved their names Ares and Raven. They are both possessive of one another. I LOVED when he said “my wife” or “my love” I’m absolutely feral for that shite. Their were moments of jealousy and I loved it!
I felt Raven what she was feeling. How she will always come second I felt that. How she felt everyone will choose Hannah over her. UNTIL Ares proved her wrong and chose her.
Favorite part where I was SCREAMING was when they go and visit her parents for the weekend for her fathers birthday. When they are in her old bedroom and they discuss why Hannah said what she said and he was trying he reassure her. I loved that sense so much. The spice in this book omg I LOVED it.
When Raven later told her sister where to stick it I LOVED that for her.
When I finally thought everything was going to be ok BOOM something happens and of course it had to deal with Hannah. I knew something bad was going to happen but I didn’t want to believe it because I loved them together but NO, Hannah had to ruin it
I do wish we got to see more of her dad by that’s ok.
I can’t express how much I hate Hannah I just can’t. The way she treated Raven not only her but also her mother. The way her mother treats her I cannot.
This book was beautifully written I loved it. Highly recommend.

It was all a misunderstanding. A very stupid man got drunk, had the best sex of his life, and then promptly forgot who he had it with. Then, he invested in a years long relationship with the wrong woman.
The heroine sat by & watched it all happen.
Still…the book was good, though the characters were a little stiff. Ares & Raven are sent to the gallows, wait, I mean altar together for an arranged marriage. Raven still thinks Ares is madly in love with his former girlfriend, who happens to be her sister. Although, if her sister hadn’t flaked out, Ares would have married Raven’s sister. Most of the book is the drama that unfolds between a woman who is completely insecure & a man who says he communicates but doesn’t really.
