I’m not too proud to admit that this book have all the components that I usually would have shamelessly liked but the execution was not it. Up until the 50% the only thing that was running through my mind was

FRUSTRANTE.

A solid 4⭐️

I had a freaking good time reading thos book.
I was enjoying the book, even the drama was so entertaining until Raven started pissing me off. He insecurities was immense. She really needed some serious therapy.

Grandma pissed me off too, Raven is too nice iwould have been so disappointed in her. Also Raven's mum and sister are the most disgusting characters I've read so far. I knew the sister was pregnant by another man, I knew she was cheating but did not expect her to sleep her way to the top.

The writing was really good even though Raven was so annoying. Ares was ok he was not perfect which made it believable. I loved the Windsor family and friends they were amazing

DID NOT FINISH: 6%

The concept really caught me… but the execution was not doing it for me. The writing style is too explicit (too many details, many unnecessary to the plot or characters; reads like a high schooler wrote it tbh) and the characters lack self-reflection and depth. It’s hard to explain, I just… can’t read a full book’s worth of this.

Whoa drama! Raven a top beautiful model who could have done better and not been such a pushover, and Ares the filthy rich man who could’ve stepped up and realized things sooner. Best friends older brother, psychotic narcissist vindictive sister whose also the fiancé, rich families, arranged marriage. A very dysfunctional family dynamic for her side, grandma messed up a few times to on his side, but I loved all of his sibilings! I hated Hannah, and new she sabotaged it from the beginning. But ravens mom- ughh!!! So so much drama and a lot of repetitiveness but I was here for it!

Also the author said “bite down on my lip” way to many times!!!

This book. I didn't know I could dislike side characters as much as I disliked Hannah and their mom. They were just awful. I can't imagine treating family that way. However, I thoroughly enjoyed Raven and Ares. It sucks that Raven got pushed into the situation because of her horrible sister, but it worked out for the best in the end.
