I think I released trauma reading this book because the way i stayed up to 4 am reading this!! Maybe it was the being the shadow of a sibling, the questioning the love of s significant other to the FINALLY straitening your spine and claiming what's yours and being happy. Whatever it was I LOVED IT!!

right so i didn't enjoy this book. the characters are so unlikeable, especially ares. silas was right when he called him his 'least favourite windsor'. i feel like i'm missing something. i dont know when ares figured out he was in love with raven because this book was just so random and all over the places. chapters where just repeated and phrased differently. it was such a strange read. i hope the rest of the series is better

Light angst with lots of drama. For a relationship that showcased communication between Ares and Raven, all of this could have been avoided 5 years ago with a little…communication. But whatever it was still entertaining and I liked the Windsors.
I was hoping for a little more angst though. All the drama overshadowed what could have been a really angsty read of them falling in love. The sister and the mom were a little too over the top villainous for me.
