OMG I have finally caught up (after 3 years)!!! Open up the champagne! :D
Overall, this is a really nice mystery series, and Eve & Roarke got a fan for life in me. <3

I really enjoyed this instalment in the series. It was super fast paced and featured almost all of our favourite characters. You’re never going to be disappointed with a book that features Roarke’s family in Ireland!

I’m hooked on these books but I missed a number of favorite characters such as Mavis, Louise, and so on. And I didn’t love all the crossing of legal and jurisdictional lines and happy lying about it. That loyalty trumps law and integrity is a hallmark of our times, but the behavior is cheating, and it’s cheapening even for fictional characters..

This is book 51, y'all. And YET, it is an excellent book, deeply comforting in its own way (what?), and I am enjoying how we're getting deeper and deeper into Roarke's psyche.
4.5 stars, please never leave us, La Nora.
