This does exactly what it says, its a thriller and a pacy one at that. I don’t read much in this genre and this was a book club choice so i may not have read it otherwise so glad that it introduced me to this author. We have alternating chapters of the characters involved which gives a good way of telling the story from the ones who were there at the incident 15 years previously to the present incident now, whether they were involved in the old murders or if they were investigating the new one. I thought it was well thought out and a page turner, it made me want to keep reading to find out what connected both murders. The reason for giving it 3 stars is for me was at times the writing was little bit clunky and felt like bit forced and so it sometimes made it a bit of oh really we went there moments, but all in all a good read and i would read more by this author.
