I've been reading a fair amount on mental health, and I generally love a memoir. This was a very interesting look at both aspects. I really loved this story coming together and all the lessons you learn along the way. This feels like one of those new years eve movies with the massive cast but revolving around therapy instead of a holiday. Really sweet

Phenomenal. I loved the way Lori wrote about so many different lives and perspectives and somehow managed to speak directly to the humanity in me. This is a must read.
